Where do you test ship? Do you ship internationally? 

Currently we only ship within the USA and Canada. 


How much does shipping cost? 

We do our best to keep shipping as affordable as possible for you: 

  • For orders less than $30, we offer $5 flat rate shipping. 
  • For orders or $30 or more, you’ll get FREE domestic shipping! 

How long does shipping take? 

Please allow about 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently we only sell online, to be able to share our products with as many customers as possible around the country :) 

Can you create customized cards or stationery? 

Unfortunately we aren’t able to provide customized designs at this time.

Can I cancel / change my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes at that point. Usually we process orders within 1 business day or less, so we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your change in time, but we’ll do our best :) 

Do you provide bulk discounts for large orders? 

We do provide corporate or extra large bulk discount rates. Reach out to us and we’d be happy to discuss the options! 

Can I return my order if I don’t like it? 

No problem, we are happy to issue a full refund for your order if you ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase. A few notes: 

  • Product(s) must be unused.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the order. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit, so recommend using a tracking number for your return shipment.
  • Please include your name, email address and order number along with the return. 
  • Please contact us to arrange the return, and we will provide you with the return address for the shipment.
